Setting up notifications on Huawei devices

The EMUI system overlay automatically closes apps that run in the background and are not used for a long time.

To ensure that you will receive notifications from our app, allow it to run in the background. To do so, follow the steps below:

• Open the "Optimizer" app on the home screen.
• Tap the "Battery" icon.
• Find and tap the "App launch" option.
• TOGGLE OFF the switch next to our app.
• In the displayed "Manage manually" dialog box, toggle on the "Run in background" switch.

If you have a "Protected apps" option instead of the "App launch" option, select it and TOGGLE ON the switch next to the icon of our app.

After completing the steps, restart our application.
